Thanks so much for visiting our website and taking an interest in our firm. At Bank Consulting Group, inc., (“BCG”) we strive to serve our clients in the best way we can by adding value to them both “on and off the field.” This is based on biblical standards, which we attempt to incorporate in our daily lives. And, all of us are believers in working hard to excel at whatever we do.

In order to get a better glimpse into who we are and what we stand for, please take a look at our mission and value statements.

Our values are summarized in “the Five C’s.” When hiring teammates, we have a series of profile and character tests each prospective employee must pass. This testing accommodates our Five C approach to recruit and retain employees. These Five C’s are: Character, Competence, Compatibility, Contribution and Commitment.

And, on an ongoing basis, we evaluate our employees regularly in concert with these Five C’s.

On a personal note, I am a believer in Jesus Christ and it is He who gives me joy in my step and hope for all eternity. He has made an indelible impact in my life and because of this impact, coupled with what he has done for me on the cross, I attempt to serve Him by building the company in a way that glorifies and honors Him.
