Our Administration Team members have received in-depth training and each have extensive experience in providing benefit plan administration services. In addition, they are an integral part to the overall functioning of the organization.

MARIE N. ALBANESE (NIKKI)
Executive Assistant to COO


Before joining Bank Consulting Group, Nikki worked for 1500 Corporation as a legal assistant. While supporting BCG through various administrative responsibilities, Nikki also assists the Plan Administration Team with online enrollment and the preparation of enrollment materials for new clients. In addition, Nikki supports the corporate marketing division.

Nikki has a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University.


STACEY L. KASSITAS
Administrative Specialist



Prior to joining Bank Consulting Group, Stacey worked as an administrative assistant for Towers Perrin. At BCG, Stacey supports the Team through various administrative responsibilities, which includes online enrollment, preparing enrollment manuals for new clients and maintenance of the company's databases. Stacey also acts as the marketing coordinator offering support to the marketing efforts of BCG.

Stacey has a diploma in Business Administration from Fox Business College in Oak Lawn.


KIM SCHAIBLE
Administrative Specialist

At the Bank Consulting Group, Kim manages documents regarding prospective client interaction and is the administrative right arm to Jeffrey Varblow.

Prior to her employment at the Bank Consulting Group, Kim taught mathematics and computers on the high school level and, as Senior Staff, she mentored college students with Campus Crusade for Christ.

Kim received her Bachelor's Degree from Calvin College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Master's from Trinity International University. In her spare time she enjoys travel, theater and culinary arts.


CORRIE WEIGT
Plan Administrator

Corrie joined The Cochlan Group in 2007 with over three years of experience working with employee benefit plans.  Prior to joining The Cochlan Group, Corrie worked for Hewitt Associates, where she focused on the implementation and the ongoing plan administration of Health & Welfare, 401K, and Pension plans for Fortune 500 Companies. 

Corrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Illinois State University.
